Description

Denim Days is an annual event in Erwin, NC organized and executed by the Erwin Area Chamber of Commerce since 1974. It's an homage to the town's history as the former “Denim Capital of the World” title. Denim Days is held on the first Saturday every October with a kickoff concert and cornhole tournament the evening before.

RSVP to the event so you don't miss any updates

Please read the following carefully before submitting your application to be a vendor on Saturday, October 4th:

  1. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' (10' x 20' for double spaces) and you must supply your own tents/tables/etc. [this sizing does not apply to food trucks]. If you require space larger than these options, you must inform the Erwin Chamber no later than Saturday, August 30th by emailing us at contact@erwinchamber.org or calling us at 910-591-4207.
  2. Vendor fees are NOT refundable once paid.
  3. Vendor fees increase according to event date proximity. See below.*
  4. We will only allow one of each direct sales company in the event. (Ex: Scentsy, Mary Kay, etc.) If more than one vendor submits an application for the same company, the initial vendor will be given 2 weeks to complete payment on their invoice. After 2 weeks, that invoice will be voided and the next vendor in line will have a 2-week opportunity to submit payment. NOTE: Scentsy vendor spot has been filled.
  5. Electrical hookups are limited so these spots will be given to those who pay for their spot first.

*Vendor fees paid in May and June increase by 20% of the early bird pricing.

*Vendor fees paid in July and August increase by 40% of the early bird pricing.

*Vendor fees paid in September increase by 60% of the early bird pricing.

Absolutely no vendor sign-ups will be accepted after 9/27 and all vendor fees must be paid by that date. Permits for this event require vendor mapping and approval by the town and the county. Late entries cause us a lot of rework.

All vendors, regardless of type, registering for the event acknowledge and agree to the following
