New Direction YFS is a nonprofit, outpatient mental-health practice based in Erwin, NC. We deliver a full continuum of care—including individual and family therapy, school-based counseling, psychological and educational testing, medication management, parent coaching, and evidence-based group programs that build social-emotional skills in children and teens. To meet our community’s wider wellness needs, New Direction YFS also offers virtual services statewide and has an on-site Wellness Center featuring fitness classes, personal trainers, juice bar, health coaches, and peer-led support groups for a truly integrated, mind-and-body approach to health.
